Willful Solutions AR Waiver Supports was founded in 2025 by Trisa Dabbs, a passionate advocate with over 30 years of experience in the Developmental Disability sector.

Her journey began with assisting families across Arkansas in securing vital Services and Resources for their loved ones. Trisa’s unique perspective comes not only from her extensive professional knowledge but also from her personal experience as a parent of a child with disabilities. This dual understanding has allowed her to navigate the challenges of finding and pursuing appropriate services, ultimately paving the way for a more productive and individualized approach to support.  Her profound understanding of the services available in Arkansas, combined with her firsthand experience, drives our agency's mission.
